我以為我義務付出、分享食物給人，我沒有任何期待別人讚揚。我錯了。
當別人說不用了，不要接受我的付出、食物，我竟然有被拒絕的情緒時。我才知道我不是無條件的，我期待別人不拒絕我 。
這不就是我有期待嗎？

"awareness is very important driving change in future." i totally agreed. ya.. when sometime i heard the counseling teacher or speaker said about unconditional love or don't have expectation ... i always doubt...
i know i still haven't meet that level yet ... but who know, maybe someday i will.. haha.
Actually for my opinion, if we want to see from Buddhism perspective, I feel even parent’s love toward child is with condition, unless it’s that type of loving kindness that Buddha/boddhisatvas are having….hehehe……so I think I hv the same doubt with you too…haha J
